At HomeCare@Ease, we assist our participants in obtaining the necessary NDIS funding to access a range of services. These services can be customized to meet the specific needs of each participant.

Household and Daily Tasks

HomeCare@Ease offers support to our participants with activities of daily living such as arranging their transport to enable participation in community, social, economic and daily life activities. We also help to ensure our participants’ homes are clean and tidy. These tasks include taking out the trash, washing dishes, washing clothes, gardening, sweeping the floor, wiping down countertops, cleaning shower doors, walls and many others.

Community Nursing

At HomeCare@Ease, our Community Nursing services bring professional healthcare right to the comfort of your home. From wound care to medication management, trust us to deliver comprehensive nursing services tailored to your specific needs.
